Hi, I'm Donna Harris and I am so excited to help you reach your weight-loss goals and teach you how to maintain your target weight while still enjoying good food.  I attended Mississippi State University where I earned a BS in Nutrition and then the University of Mississippi Medical Center where I earned a MS in Occupational Therapy.  I am also a Certitified Personal Trainer.  Nutrition is my PASSION and I can not wait to start this 8 week journey with you!

How To Sign-Up

Step 1. Register for the program at the top of the page (8 weeks for $99) Must register by Jan. 31st

Step 2. You will receive an "About Me" form through e-mail after I receive your payment

Step 3. Fill out your "About Me" form and e-mail back to me.  All forms MUST be returned by Jan. 31st

Step 4. Join the private Facebook Group page.  I will send you an invite.  This is very important because I will teach you how to track macros, basic but vital nutrition information, how to cycle calories (and why), the WHYS of intermittent fasting, how our hormones influence our weight and SO MUCH MORE.  This information is crucial for your success.

*Nutrition advice to reach and maintain a healthy weight

Which carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are the healthiest?  How much do we need in our diet?  I will provide nutrition advice that will help teach you how to eat healthy in order to reach and maintain a healthy weight.  It's not just WHAT you eat..it's WHEN you eat as well.  I will share with you the benefits of intermittent fasting and how to incorporate. 


*Initial, midpoint, and final weigh-in and measurements 

to keep you accountable if your goal is to reach a healthy weight


This is what the Facebook private group is for.  You MUST learn how to do this yourself so that you can continue without me guiding you.

*Recipes and Grocery List Recommendations

The components of my program are evidence-based.  This is not just a very effective way but the RIGHT way to reach a healthy weight and live a healthy lifestyle.  My plan is a combination of low carb, intermittent fasting to lower insulin and turn you into a fat burning machine, and caloric cycling so that you can decrease overall calories without decreasing your metabolism.  This is the PERFECT SOLUTION to reach a healthy weight and maintain.
